This Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules for using BgmGen, our AI-powered music generation platform. By using BgmGen, you agree to follow this policy together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Permitted Use

You may use BgmGen to create original music, instrumental tracks, lyrics drafts, and other creator-focused audio assets for lawful personal or commercial purposes, subject to your plan limits and our product terms.

Prohibited Use

You may not use BgmGen to create, request, upload, distribute, promote, or facilitate any of the following:

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, nude, or otherwise NSFW content
• Content intended to sexualize minors or exploit children in any way
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, bullying, or abusive content targeting individuals or groups
• Illegal, violent, extremist, or terrorist content
• Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other third-party rights
• Impersonation, fraud, deception, phishing, scams, or misleading claims
• Malware, malicious code, security abuse, or attempts to disrupt our systems
• Spam, fake engagement, or automated abuse of the platform
• Attempts to reverse engineer, copy, scrape, resell, or misuse our models, prompts, outputs, or service infrastructure in violation of law or contract

AI Safety and Content Restrictions

BgmGen is designed for safe, creator-friendly music generation.

• NSFW and sexually explicit content is not allowed on the platform
• You must not use prompts, uploads, titles, lyrics, or metadata to try to bypass our safety controls
• You must not upload content that you do not have the right to use
• You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publishing or distributing them

Intellectual Property and Rights Clearance

You must have the necessary rights for any material you upload or provide to BgmGen, including lyrics, reference audio, artwork, names, and branding elements.

You may not use BgmGen to:

• Reproduce copyrighted lyrics, melodies, or sound recordings without permission
• Infringe the name, likeness, voice, or style rights of artists, celebrities, or other individuals
• Create misleading content that falsely suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship

Fair Access and Platform Integrity

To protect the platform and other users, you may not:

• Circumvent quotas, billing, account limits, or access restrictions
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free credits, trials, discounts, or referral systems
• Interfere with normal product operation, performance, or security
• Use bots or scripts in a way that creates unreasonable load or violates our terms

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of this policy and take action without prior notice when necessary. Actions may include:

• Removing or blocking content
• Refusing generation requests
• Suspending or terminating accounts
• Canceling subscriptions or restricting payment access
• Reporting unlawful activity to relevant authorities or service providers
