• Generating music with illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Using any image, video, cover-art, or other visual generation features made available on the platform to create, request, upload, or distribute sexually explicit, pornographic, nude, fetish, adult, or otherwise NSFW content
• Using any image or video generation features to create sexualized depictions of minors, exploitative sexual content, or content intended for adult sexual gratification
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or extract our AI models or technology
• Reselling or redistributing BgmGen's generation technology without authorization
• Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
• Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempting to bypass any security features or credit usage limitations
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit free credits or promotions

Content Safety for AI Image and Video Features

If BgmGen offers AI image generation, video generation, cover-art generation, or related multimodal features, you must not use those features to create, request, upload, share, or distribute NSFW, adult, sexually explicit, pornographic, nude, fetish, or otherwise sexual visual content. This prohibition applies even if such content is fictional, stylized, synthetic, or AI-generated. We may remove violating content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

Privacy and Data Collection
